Community Guidelines
1) Allegations & Evidence
Allegations about individuals or businesses are permitted for whistleblowing. Act in good faith, provide context/evidence, and do not fabricate or mislead.
2) Protect Identities & Privacy
Do not publish private data unless it serves public interest and complies with law.
3) No Harm or Hate
- No threats, harassment, or incitement of violence.
- No hateful/extremist content or praise of terrorism.
4) Legality & Sensitive Content
- No instructions for illegal acts.
- No solicitation of illegal goods/services.
- Strictly prohibited: CSAM, exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery.
5) IP & Media Rules
Upload only content you have the rights to share. Media: up to 25 items per report; up to 2 videos per report; videos up to 5GB each; no fixed duration cap.
6) Anonymity & Identification
You may remain anonymous to the public, but must register with a valid email.
7) Edits, Drafts & Deletion
You can edit drafts only. Once posted, reports cannot be edited. Deleted reports may persist temporarily in caches.
8) Verification & Labels
We may manually verify reports/media. Content may be labeled "Unverified" until reviewed.
9) Sharing & Republishing
Other users can like, comment, republish, and share your content externally.
10) Reporting & Appeals
Use in-app reporting or email support@whistleblower.live to flag violations or appeal moderation.
11) Enforcement
Violations may lead to removal, feature limits, or bans. In serious cases, referrals to authorities may occur.
12) Emergency
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local authorities. This app is not an emergency service.
